Double skin system with an inner structural tray and an external weather steel profile with an estimated Up of 0.20W/m².K.
Composition :
- Hacierba Tray 1.500.90 SR non perforated or perforated type P with thickness according to the span
- Insulation thickness of 90mm (in the bottom of the tray, λ = 0.040W/m.K maximum)
- Airtight vapor barrier film
- Insulation hickness of 60mm (nipped under the spacers, λ = 0.040W/m.K maximum)
- Insulation must fill the spacer
- Insulation hickness of 160mm (unrolled between spacers, λ = 0.040W/m.K maximum)
- Profile Frequence, Oceane or Trapeza
Performance and characteristics ;
- Thermal transmittance Up = 0.20W/m².K
- Spacing: about 31cm .not including the height of the external weather profile
