Globalwall® DPE 30
Double skin system with an inner structural tray and an external weather steel profile with an estimated Up of 0.25W/m².K.
Composition :
- Hacierba Tray 1.500.90 BS ou SR. Thickness according to the span
- Airtight vapor barrier film unrolled in the bottom of the tray Hacierba
- Glass wool or mineral wool with a thickness of 90mm (in the bottom of the tray, (λ = 0.040W/m.K maximum)
- Glass wool thickness 50mm (nipped under the spacers), (λ = 0.040W/m.K maximum)
- Height of Spacer = thickness of the insulations 4 + 6 in case of vertical wall profile installation or = thickness of the insulations 4 + 6 + 20mm in case of horizontal wall profile installation-
- Glass wool or mineral wool with a thickness of 50mm (unrolled between spacers), (λ = 0.040W/m.K maximum)
- Wall cladding profile Frequence. Oceane or Trapeza
Performance and characteristics :
- Thermal transmittance Up = 0.30W/m².K
- Spacing: about 20cm. not including the height of the external weather profile
