Through this tab, take note of the schedule of your next deliveries, and possibly modify the desired dates.
• White truck: a transport modification is still possible
• Black truck: transport can no longer be changed
View your entire notebook and adjust the way it is displayed according to your needs:
• Project names
• Cities
• References (yours or ours)
• Upcoming deliveries
Access the status of your orders:
• Registered - The order is waiting to be scheduled
• Production - Manufacturing is underway
• Manufactured - The goods are ready for loading
• Loading - Package is on the truck soon
• Shipped - The package is on its way
Register your complaint and follow its status in a few clicks:
• Waiting for a response - Our after-sales service has yet to review your file
• Open - Your complaint is registered by our after-sales service
• In progress - Our teams are processing your file
• Closed - The claim is closed
The new My Documents feature allows you, from your computer, to view all documents related to your orders/worksites:
• Offers
• Receipts of orders
• Delivery notes
• Invoices
How do I do it? Click on the My Documents tab.
The Advanced Filter function will allow you to access all the documents for a targeted project by simply entering your order reference in the Customer Order Reference field.
Need only the BLs related to this project? Select BL in the Document Type field.
